eBrokerHouse Platform Closure – What You Need to Know
After 17 years of operation, eBrokerHouse will be permanently closing on March 31st, 2026.
Please review this document carefully and take action as early as possible.
Key Dates
- March 1–31: Transition period (no billing)
- March 31: Platform shutdown (no access after this date)
Billing & Refunds
Monthly Plans
- You will not be billed during the month of March.
Annual Plans
- Annual subscribers are eligible for a prorated refund for unused time.
- To receive your refund:
- Open a support ticket above by clicking Submit a Ticket or email support@ebrokerhouse.com during March
- Refunds will be issued by mailed check
- In the ticket, include your mailing address for the refund to be delivered.
Exporting Listings, Offers & Data
If you plan to move to another system—or simply want a spreadsheet copy of your listings—you can export your listings directly from your account.
Listings Export
- Go to the Reports section
- Click Listing Reports
- Generate a report with the listing details you want to include
- Download as CSV
Backing Up Your Files
You can back up your data directly from your account. Listings, Buyers, and BPOs must be backed up separately.

Important Notes About Backups
- Active and archived listings, buyer, BPOs must be backed up separately
- Each backup file is limited to 2GB at a time
- Typically equals 30–50 listings, depending on number of attached offers
- Large accounts will require multiple manual backups performed in chunks
- Only account owners can perform backups.
Checking Your File Storage Size
To see how much data you have stored:
- Go to Account Settings
- Under the General section, click the green“Check File Storage Size” button
- You must me in the account owners account to check.
Requesting a Full Account Backup From Us
If manual backups will be cumbersome, we can assist.
- We can back up your entire account and provide a download link
- This is for paid accounts only. Free accounts not eligible.
- To request this service:
- Open a support ticket or email support@ebrokerhouse.com
- Please do not wait until the end of March to place a backup request
- These requests are time-intensive
- Earlier requests allow us to process them more efficiently
- Only the account owner can request a backup.
Misc.
- We suggest removing offer submission links from the MLS in early March to ensure active offers aren't being handled in your account when we close.
- If you're still in need of an offer management system please check out our sister platform MLS Offers www.mlsoffers.com.
- MLS Offers is currently free to manage unlimited offers. This is subject to change in the future.
- MLS Offers was founded by the same team behind eBrokerHouse. Please note: MLS Offers is exclusively for offer management and doesn't have all of the other transaction management functionality of eBrokerHouse.
